FAQ
Questions answered
Is it possible to create a customised perfume?
Yes. We specialise in private-label and custom fragrance programmes. Choose from our fragrance catalogue and packaging range (bottles, caps, boxes), or brief a direction with our team. Start private label or browse Essential Oils.
How do I start my own perfume brand?
Select fragrance direction, bottle, and cap from our ranges, agree quantity and labelling, then we produce and ship. See How it works for the full journey from branding to logistics.
How can I place an order or enquiry?
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we send tracking by email. Delivery windows are described in our Delivery Policy.
Do you ship internationally? Will I pay customs?
Yes — we ship to many destinations via certified couriers. Import duties and taxes after arrival are usually the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Confirm your destination on Shipping or with sales.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards (Visa/Mastercard) and secure bank transfers. Wholesale and export clients may use LC or TT as agreed on quotation. Boutique prices are typically shown in AED.
Can I create a scent inspired by a designer fragrance?
Our private-label fragrance catalogue includes a wide range of inspired and house directions for brand building. Explore Essential Oils and discuss notes with our team.
What bottle sizes do you offer?
We offer multiple bottle sizes across the house. For finished goods, please browse the boutique range — each product page shows the size(s) available for that piece (for example 100ml), and where more than one size exists you can choose on the product page. For private label, bottle and fill sizes depend on the programme you select with our team — see Private Label and Our range.
Why isn’t the bottle filled to the very top?
Fragrance bottles and vials are filled with headspace so they do not leak under temperature or pressure changes. Manufacturers always leave a small vacant space — this is normal and intentional.
What is the difference between Extrait, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The difference is mainly fragrance-oil concentration — how much perfume oil is in the formula versus alcohol and water. In broad terms, from richest to lightest: Extrait de Parfum (Parfum / Extrait) is the most concentrated, often around 20–40% oil, with the deepest character and longest wear; Eau de Parfum (EDP) is typically about 15–20% and lasting through much of the day; Eau de Toilette (EDT) is usually around 5–15%, fresher and often needing a light reapplication; Eau de Cologne (EDC) is the lightest, often around 2–5%, for a softer, shorter veil. Higher concentration usually means longer wear and less product needed per spray. Exact percentages and wear vary by formula and skin.
How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Store scents in a cool, dry place away from windows — sunlight can disturb the balance of components. Keep unopened bottles in their packaging for longer shelf life.
How does climate affect fragrance?
Heat lifts notes faster, so lighter scents reapplied more often work well in summer. In cooler weather, molecules lift more slowly and richer scents can wear longer.
Why doesn’t fragrance last on my skin?
Skin chemistry varies. Some skin “throws” scent and Eau de Toilette may fade within an hour. Layer with a matching body lotion, apply to damp skin after bathing, or choose a higher concentration. Dry skin often needs more frequent application than oily skin.
Are your perfumes cruelty-free and IFRA aware?
Yes. We formulate with IFRA-aware practice and do not test on animals. Ask sales for documentation needed for your market.
Can I request samples?
Sample vials may be available for registered distributors and private-label clients. Email sales@ecnargarf.com with your requirements.
